1. Are the apartments furnished? +
Each apartment is fully-furnished with bedroom(s), bathroom and living room with kitchen. Each apartment also includes a TV and Blue Ray player, refrigerator, washing machine, cutlery, towels and bed linen (+ sofa-beds in most apartments). -
2. Are the apartments centrally located? +
All apartments are located within 2 minutes walk from the Old Square district. Old Square can be considered the centre point of the city. All the main shopping districts, such as Swidnicka or Arkady are also just a few minutes away on foot. -
3. What booking deposit is required? +
20% deposit is required in order to secure a booking. The balance on the booking will be charged upon arrival. -
4. What is the Prepay and Save rate? +
This is a discounted rate only available when you book and prepay in full. No amendments or refunds can be processed if the reservation is subsequently cancelled. -
5. Is a security deposit required? +
Any outstanding balance will be charged upon arrival. -
6. Is a security deposit required? +
Yes, a security deposit will be required upon check-in. A charge of 500 PLN is applicable. Please be advised that only ONE cash or credit/debit card payment can be made in respect of the apartment security deposit, which will be the responsibility of the lead guest. Individual per person payments are not permitted and the lead guest will be responsible for the conduct of the occupants. The payment will be used to cover incidental items including, but not limited to, breakages, damage to property, additional cleaning costs due to the apartment being left in an unacceptable state, excessive electricity usage, and breaches to regulations such as smoking in the rooms or causing disturbance of other guests enjoyment of the property. Security Deposits may also be used by Management in the event of unauthorised extra guests using the room and facilities. If the Security Deposit is paid in cash, it will be refunded upon departure, after a representative of Apartments Wroclaw has checked the condition of the apartment. Security Deposits held on a credit card (via a pre-authorisation) or charged to a debit card will be refunded as per the issuing bank’s policy. Typically this may take between 3-10 working days, however some banks do take longer. Customers should note that with pre-authorisation no money is transferred at the time, but it will affect your available funds balance and spending limits on the card while the pre-authorisation exists. The Operator is not liable for any delays in refunding pre-authorisations by credit card companies. -
7. Are there any other fees or charges? +
No administration charges will be applied at the time of booking. All other normal charges (Internet/electricity/water/heating etc.) are covered in the nightly charge. Excessive usage of electricity may result in an extra charge to the cardholder and/or guest(s). To avoid exceeding the electricity allowance, we request that guests turn off any appliances/lighting/heating when not in use. Please ensure that apartments are left in good condition – all waste placed in waste bin, and all crockery, cutlery and utensils washed. Otherwise, an additional charge of 100 PLN will be applied. Apartments Wroclaw reserves the right to charge the cardholder and/or guest(s) for any damage caused by the guest or any of the guest’s party. A full inventory check of the apartment is carried out before the guest’s arrival and after the guest has departed. Any damage to the apartment, or missing or damaged contents will be charged to the cardholder and/or guest(s). -

W zależności od przyczyn rezygnacji, klient może odzyskać opłaty od firmy ubezpieczeniowej, jeśli jest wykupione ubezpieczenie podróżne. 9. What is your cancellation policy? +
Deposits paid (Prepay and Save) are non-refundable. Cancellations must be made by e-mail to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. Client and Booking Agent do not guarantee that emails sent are received. It is Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation. Cancellations may be liable to the charges outlined below. Depending on the reasons for your cancellation, you may be able to reclaim these cancellation charges from your insurance company, if you have taken out travel insurance. We strongly recommend that all clients obtain appropriate travel and personal insurance cover. • Cancellations must be received prior to 12 noon (Polish time) two days before the arrival date, and received by email to This email address is being protected from spambots. No further charges will be made for cancellations received prior to this deadline, other than the loss of any deposit paid. • If Client notifies of cancellation after 12 noon (Polish time) and within two days of the arrival date, or fails to arrive, the full amount will be charged and is non-refundable. • Cancellations are not permitted on Prepay and save rates. -
10. How is the key handover arranged? +

12. What time is check-in/check-out? +
Check-in is at 15:00, and check out is at 11:00 am. Depending on the availability of the apartment you may be able to check-in to your apartment earlier than this, though this cannot be guaranteed. As we need to have access to the apartment to service it prior to the arrival of the next guest(s), we request that guests leave the apartment by 11:00 am on the day of departure. Subject to availability, an afternoon/evening check-out may be arranged at an extra cost. -
13. Can a booking be extended? +
Subject to availability, a booking may be extended. However, we cannot guarantee the same nightly rate. Generally extra nights will be charged at the rates applicable at the time. -
14. Is car parking available? +
We supply secure onsite parking facilities at Apartments Wroclaw at a cost of 15PLN /day. -
15. Are the reception desks open 24 hours? +
No, the reception desks located at 6 Krawiecka street are open from 7 am until11 pm.
